Check-in / Check-out?

Regular check-in after 4.30 pm, regular check-out until 10 am. We can adjust these times for a fee if you let us know about it at least one week in advance.

How can I book / reserve?

If you already know the exact dates for your stay, we recommend that you use our online booking. This is binding in the event of a confirmation by us. If you do not yet know some dates for your stay, something can change in the dates or you would like to make a non-binding inquiry, please use our inquiry form. You can find the links for both options by clicking on ``Booking request``' in the menu.

How can I pay? Do you accept credit cards?

You can pay in cash or with an EC card on arrival. Alternatively, you can transfer the amount in advance. If you have made a binding online booking, you can also pay online with PayPal (credit cards are supported here). Otherwise, payment by credit card is not possible. You can find our bank account information below.

Is internet available?

Yes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the guesthouse for a small fee. You need a separate access for each device. Information about the prices can be found in the menu under Prices -> Fees. >

Do you offer breakfast?

No. Our guests take care of themselves. However, there are automats for drinks and snacks available for our guests.

Are there drinks and snacks?

Yes. We have provided drinks, snack and coffee automats for you.

Where can I go to buy food?

In Malsch, about 3 kilometers from the guesthouse. There you will find a Rewe, Aldi and Lidl market where you can shop comfortably. It takes about 25 minutes on foot, less than 10 minutes by bike and less than 5 minutes by car.

Do you have separate beds?

We do ONLY have separated beds.

Is there parking available?

Yes. For a fee, you can park all your vehicles with us. This applies to cars, trucks, vans, transporters and buses - but not to trucks, vans and buses with a trailer. We also offer long-term parking. Information about the prices can be found in the menu under Prices -> Fees. >

Do you have towels?

Yes. You can lend towels by showing us your identity card at the reception.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

No. All rooms are non-smoking. Who still smokes will receive a penalty.

Can I do laundry?

Yes. We have provided several coin washers and coin dryers for you. Information about the prices can be found in the menu under Prices -> Fees. >
